The Company has 5 pressure die casting Machines having capabilites of 80 tonns, 120 tonns,160 tonns,180 tonns,250 tonnes and we have cold chamber Pressure Die Casting machine. Weight ranging from 10 gm to 1.250 kgs /shot.

Metal Works have a tool room, facilitate to manufacture of moulds and
dies by using state the art of milling machine. Spark Erosion, Surface
Grinding, Lathe etc. The utilised the manufacturers of moulds for specfic
customers requires specifications.

Our Factory is constructed an area of 25,000 Sq.ft for Pressure Die Casting,Gravity Die Casting& Sand Casting and 20,000 Sq.ft for extraction purpose.
We can supply 10,000 No,s Zinc based Alloys Die
Casting and 30,000 No,s Aluminium based Alloy Die Casting per day.
Senthilvel Metal Works has been recently installed one 250 tonne cold chamber, Pressure Die Casting Machine and four Hydraulic press for Trimming purpose. Our Measures to improve performance in all areas will continue. We therefore remain confident that in the near future our name will become the benchmark for productivity efficiency and quality.
